Yamapi 10th Year Solo Debut Anniversary!

HAPPY 10TH YEAR SOLO DEBUT ANNIVERSARY TO YAMAPI!

Today marks the 10th year of Yamapi debuting as a solo artist and is also the day when he released his very first own solo single Daite Senorita 10 years ago. I can't believe it has already been 10 years! I still recall the very first time I watched his Daite Senorita music video and receiving my Daite Senorita CDs on my birthday 10 years ago. I was beyond happy and excited to receive them. This also marks my 10th year of being a Yamapi fan as well.

My favourite part from the music video. Yamapi licking his sexy lips!

My Daite Senorita CDs that are still kept in new condition I bought 10 years ago, lol.

I was actually just watching his music video the other day and feeling soooo nostalgic about it. I can't believe 10 years have passed by so fast! Thank you, Yamapi, for the 10 years of joy and happiness. I have never been proud to be any idol's fan than being a fan of yours. Through these 10 years, you and I have both grown a lot and gone through many experiences. It feels as if we have both been growing up together, isn't that quite a strange but yet amazing experience? To be able to grow with your own favourite idol in this world? There are times when I felt sad, lonely, lost and depressed in life and watching you and how hard you work to overcome any obstacles thrown at you gave me hope and inspiration to do better myself and become a better and stronger person. You have encouraged me a lot through your interviews, dramas, music and you just being the wonderful and most amazing person you are. Thank you, Yamapi, for being in my life. I cannot possibly even imagine what my life would have been without you in it. I'm glad I have come to know you and been a fan of yours for these 10 years and I will continue to be a fan for as long as I can. I really hope to meet you in person one day and watch your concert. I strongly believe that day will come and I will wait patiently for it to happen. =)

And omg I am still so bitter and sad that I actually didn't get to catch any advertisements of him while I was in Japan a couple weeks back. AHHHH. They have removed all his advertisements! I couldn't even get to watch his movie Terraformars because it was not playing at the Toho Cinemas theatre I went to in Shibuya. (TT______TT) I was beyond devastated! I was literally soooooo sad during my entire trip because of the lack of Yamapi things I saw. I was too spoiled on my first trip to Japan because I got to see him in sooooo many places. But this time around I got to see him close to ZERO in all the places I have went to.

Anyway, to end this on a happier note, here's my all time favourite performance of his when he sang LOVE CHASE and Daite Senorita on the HEY!HEY!HEY! special. I LOVE his outfit and those awesome nice sneakers he's wearing!

Business Class Flight To Japan!

Hello and I am back from Japan! I was actually back since Wednesday but I got a little busy catching up on sleep and unpacking and organizing things after I got back. Still have a few things I need to pack away and organize and I'm slowly adjusting back to the Toronto time now.

First off, my trip was great! I went to most of the places I have planned to visit (except for 2 places) that I decided not to go to because we were always on the run and it was getting very tiring and my friend and I were both feeling sick that we didn't have the energy to do any more things. I also didn't get as much photos and video footage as I have wanted to do because again, we were always on the go trying to catch our train or flight to somewhere that there was no time to even sit down and just relax. This has been by far my most exhausting and time rushed trip ever. I think for my future trips to Japan where I plan to visit more than one city, I need to plan at least a day in between traveling to each city to do nothing but SLEEP! It was soooo tiring always being on the go to get to places and do sight seeing right after we have just arrived at another new city. And not to mention the daily lack of sleep I was getting. I'm actually surprised I didn't catch a cold during my trip. (X__X)

Anyway, but what made the trip the most amazing was we got to sit in business class seats on my flight to Japan and flying back to Toronto! Thanks to my friend who was traveling with me and who is also a flight attendant as well. We were VERY LUCKY to get business class seats for both flights there and back. My friend told me this is only her 2nd time getting to sit in business class seats in the 10 years of her career as being a flight attendant. I joked and said to her it must be because I'm her "福星" lucky star and she should travel with me more often to sit in business class seats again, lol.

This is my first time ever sitting in business class seats on a flight. It was such a cool experience! There were many control features where you could adjust your chair such as you can totally lay down and sleep! There was even a massage option for your lower back which I made very good use of, lol.

Soooooooooo much leg room. I could actually stretch my legs fully on the seat.

And the awesome luxury food service! Omg, I totally felt like I was being treated like a celebrity on the plane. The food is soooo much better than what they serve you in economy class seats. I will forever remember and cherish this memorable experience. And I would probably never in my life be able to experience this if it was not because of my friend! <3

And on our flight back from Tokyo to Toronto we got to see Mountain Fuji up in the air and it was such a beautiful clear sunny day too! Life could not get any better than this.

At last a selfie on the plane in business class seat. =)

Pastel Creperie & Dessert House

I'm actually on vacation right now in Japan but I scheduled this post to be posted while I was away because I didn't want my blog to stay inactive for 2-3 weeks, lol.

Anyway, I went to this creperie place a very long time ago with a friend but somehow I never blogged about it on my blog before. Did I ever mention how much I LOVE desserts Especially crepes and ice cream! My friend recommended me to try this one called Pastel Creperie & Dessert House on Yonge and Finch and it was soooo amazing! Thinking about it now makes want to go back there and eat some more crepes! (▰˘v˘▰)

The interior design inside. I love how everything is so green that it looks so refreshing and relaxing. Oh and the chalk board art menu is too cute. (。◝‿◜。)

Sweet Potato crepe.

Black sesame crepe

Do you have any favourite dessert places that you like eating at? If so, what are they? There is actually a few new Japanese dessert places that just opened in Toronto that I wanted to try but I decided to wait until I come back from my Japan trip to try them because I need to save my money and quota to eat at all the cute and fancy cafes in Tokyo instead. XD

Leaving for Japan!

I'll be leaving for Japan tomorrow. Soooo excited to be back there again. I'll be going to Tokyo for the first 3 days there, Chiba for 2 days, Sapporo for 3 days and then back to Tokyo for another 2 or 3 days? Not really sure but since I don't have flight tickets with set return dates because I'm traveling with a friend who's a flight attendant so we'll be flying on standby, it makes my trip very flexible and less time restricted so I can fully enjoy my trip to the best.

A list of places that I am planning to go to and hopefully will go to according to plan.

1. Keisei Rose Garden 京成バラ園
2. Mother Farm マザー牧場
3. Doraemon Waku Waku Sky Park (at Chitose airport)
4. White Lovers Chocolate Factory 白い恋人パーク
5. Mount Moiwa summit for city view of Sapporo
6. Music Box Museum 小樽オルゴール堂

And of course can't forget all the shopping in Tokyo in Shibuya and Harajuku! Ah, I can't wait to be back to these places again and no doubt I'll be recording more videos and taking pictures when I'm there so I'll have lots of things to blog about when I come back! =D
